چکیده

Objective: The purpose of this research was to examine the effectiveness HbA1c as a predictor dyslipidemia in patients with Type-2 Diabetes Mellitus. Study Design: Cross-sectional Place and Duration: Department Pathology; Women Medical & Dental College Abbottabad collaboration Jinnah International Hospital, Abbottabad; April 2022 – September Methods: After obtaining their agreement, total 110 people diabetes mellitus were included research. Statistics background information recorded. Fasting lipid profile (cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein, low-density cholesterol/HDL), HbA1c, creatinine, electrocardiogram conducted part comprehensive systemic examination detect presence complications or co-morbidities. Mean, frequency, correlation analyses are performed SPSS 22.0. When doing analysis, Pearson Chi-square test typically utilized. Results: Twenty-two (20%) had an below 7%, whereas eighty-eight (80%) beyond 7%. Dyslipidemia seen 62 individuals (56.4%). Direct connections found between BMI, cholesterol, lipoprotein (LDL), while inverse (HDL). comparing female male patients, females shown have considerably greater TG levels. levels also significantly correlated metabolic syndrome, particularly among women (P0.003). The effect of seeing a family physician on the level of glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) in type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients

BACKGROUND Glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) in diabetic patients reflects the average blood glucose level, and will not be affected by variability in blood glucose in short time. Regular care of patients by medical staff could effectively control glycemic situation. The aim of this study was to assess the effect of medical care by general physicians on glycemic control by measuring of HbA1c. M...

Relationship Between Glycosylated Hemoglobin and Risk of Microalbuminuria in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Nephropathy is a common complication of Diabetes Mellitus that could lead to End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD). Microalbuminuria is important as an ‘early marker’ of renal disease as it represents a time when renal biopsy shows no or minimal changes. Glycosylated Hemoglobin (HbA1c) represents the average glucose concentration over the period of 2-3 months and is accepted as a useful index of mean...
